Transcranial magnetic stimulation uses focused magnetic pulses to stimulate the mood-regulating regions of the brain. No anesthesia, no sedation, and no recovery time — you sit in a chair, read or listen to something, and walk back into your day.
A standard course runs several weeks of brief daily sessions. Progress is tracked with the same scales used elsewhere in the practice.
