About Adolescent Care

Teenagers get their own space and a clinician who does not talk down to them. Sessions cover academic pressure, identity, friendships, social media, and mood — the things that actually fill their week.

Families stay involved without the teenager losing privacy. We agree at the start what gets shared with parents and what stays in the room.

Who it helps

Self-harm and risk concerns

What to expect

01
Joint first visit

Everyone leaves knowing what is private and what safety concerns must be shared.

03
Family check-ins
