Dr. William T. Goldman, MD, DABPN
Board-Certified Psychiatrist
Dr. William T. Goldman is a board-certified psychiatrist with over two decades of experience in outpatient psychiatric care, specializing in psychopharmacologic management for children, adolescents, and adults. He has been a pioneer in innovative treatments, including outpatient ketamine therapy for treatment-resistant depression and advanced therapies for autism spectrum disorders.
Dr. Goldman also serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences at TCU School of Medicine and has held academic roles with the University of Texas at Arlington. In addition to his clinical work, he provides supervision to psychiatric nurse practitioners and conducts forensic psychiatric evaluations. His expertise spans clinical practice, research, and education, with a strong focus on advancing mental health care.
Dr. Jacqueline Lim, D.O.
Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist | Medical Director – McKinney
Dr. Jacqueline Lim is a child and adolescent psychiatrist and a native Texan. She earned her medical degree from the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine in San Antonio, Texas. She completed her general psychiatry residency at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, followed by a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, where she served as Chief Fellow.
During her training, Dr. Lim gained broad clinical experience across diverse treatment settings, including inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, emergency psychiatric services, and community mental health centers. She has a strong passion for working with underserved populations and is committed to improving access to high-quality, compassionate mental healthcare.
Dr. Lim’s clinical interests include Asian American mental health, sleep disorders, and forensic psychiatry. She is passionate about providing culturally informed, comprehensive psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and their families. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family and exploring the diverse restaurant scene throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.


Ahmed T. Ahmed, MD, MSc
Psychiatrist – Child & Adolescent Mental Health
Ahmed T. Ahmed, MD, MSc is an established and skilled psychiatrist with advanced expertise in youth mental health. He leads the Behavioral Health Team at Kidsvillpeds, where his practice focuses exclusively on children and adolescents, providing quality, patient-centered care for attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and complex medication management.
Dr. Ahmed completed his psychiatry training at Baylor College of Medicine and previously served on faculty at Mayo Clinic. He takes pride in the strong bonds he builds with patients and families, and collaborates closely with pediatricians and schools to help kids stay healthy, resilient, and thriving.
Alexander Ng, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Alexander Ng is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. He earned his degree from Northern Kentucky University and has been dedicated to the field of psychiatry since 2015.
Alexander began his career in behavioral health at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he worked closely with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. This formative experience ignited his passion for the early identification, effective treatment, and ongoing management of psychiatric conditions throughout the lifespan.
He has extensive experience caring for individuals of all ages in diverse clinical settings, including therapeutic day programs, inpatient behavioral health units for both adults and children, nursing homes, and community-based environments. His broad background allows him to tailor treatment approaches to meet each patient’s unique needs.
Alexander believes that untreated mental, emotional, and behavioral health conditions can have significant and lasting impacts on individuals, families, and communities. He is deeply committed to providing safe, high-quality care that is holistic, empathetic, and nonjudgmental. He works closely with patients and their families, respecting their values and goals to develop personalized treatment plans.
Outside of his professional work, Alexander enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in his local church, supporting Philadelphia sports teams, exploring the diverse culinary scene of the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and traveling.


Minu Bijo Philip, MSN, BSN, RN, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Minu is a Walden University graduate and Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She offers compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care across the lifespan, supporting pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
Dedicated to providing supportive mental health care tailored to each patient’s distinct background, Minu roots her advanced practice in a comprehensive nursing foundation. This background grants her a deep understanding of how physical health and biological development influence psychological well-being. She believes that effective mental health support requires looking at the whole person, blending advanced psychiatric expertise with a strong respect for the mind-body connection.
Whether supporting a child navigating early developmental challenges, an adult managing life transitions, or a senior coping with chronic health changes, she tailors evidence-based treatment plans to fit individual life stories. Her goal is to work collaboratively with families to create a safe, compassionate environment where patients can build resilience, heal, and thrive.
Beyond her professional commitment, Minu is a spiritual person who deeply values quality time with her husband and four children. To recharge and find inspiration, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, and watching movies.
Kathryne Rivero, MSN, CPNP-PC, PMHS
Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner & Pediatric Mental Health Specialist
Kathryne Rivero is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Mental Health Specialist with advanced expertise in pediatric behavioral health. With a strong foundation in school nursing and inpatient psychiatric care, she is highly experienced in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each child’s unique needs.
Currently practicing in a high-volume pediatric clinic, Kathryne takes a holistic, whole-child approach — addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She partners closely with families to navigate diagnoses and treatment options, including medication management, natural supplements when appropriate, and school-based supports such as 504 Plans and IEP accommodations. Guided by her Christian faith, she is also open to praying with and for patients and families who desire spiritual support as part of their healing journey.
Beyond her professional role, Kathryne brings a deeply personal perspective as a mother of five neurodiverse children, including children with ADHD and autism. She understands firsthand the challenges families face and is passionate about ensuring parents feel supported, understood, and never alone in their journey.
Kathryne has been married to her husband for 21 years and is a proud mother to five children ranging from school-age to adults. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, fishing, crabbing, and relaxing at the beach.
She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to further expand her ability to care for children and families facing behavioral health challenges. Kathryne is committed to serving others with compassion, integrity, and purpose — empowering families, strengthening faith, and helping every child and family thrive.


Nadia Hayes, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Nadia Hayes is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong and diverse background in nursing. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2011, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015, and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2024. Her experience spans medical-surgical, cardiac, and intensive care nursing, as well as extensive work in case management, where she developed a deep understanding of how physical and mental health intertwine.
Her broad clinical background inspired her to pursue a career in psychiatry to better support individuals across the lifespan. Married to a retired Army veteran, Nadia has a personal understanding of the stressors that can affect family dynamics and emotional well-being. She is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults manage conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders through compassionate, evidence-based care.
